About Jaron

(The more I design my WordPress, I more I feel narcissistic because of how many times I use my name. Jaron’s this, Jaron’s that, blah blah blah.)

As of April 2008, I am a part-time student and part-time lifeguard. I don’t really care to mention where I go or where I work, because of the possibilities. I am currently in a relationship and, sadly, still living with my parents.

My main hobbies are writing, gaming, and watching movies. They’re kinda inter-related, considering the fact that I have my attempts at writing/designing games and movies. I also love comics, and I like working on comic projects, but I don’t read as much plain literature as I need to. I’ve been meaning to buy that last Harry Potter book but I just can’t spare the money.

I consider myself a music connoisseur. I’m always up for a suggest, and although I used to have a more broad taste of music, it has drastic shrunk to including pretty much only rock. I was raised on heavy metal, classic rock, rap, easy listening, and country, so I can get into almost any kind of music. All that other shit is just all starting to get on my nerves nowadays.

I am a hardcore atheist, as much as I don’t like it. I refuse to convince myself to believe in anything, because I think it’s a waste of time and energy. I don’t follow any set doctrine, I don’t abide by rules but my own. I don’t fancy myself a scientist, but I love the theory of evolution, especially since I’m a writer, I think.

At any rate, that’s pretty much all I can think of at the moment.
